Correspondence between the donor Rosemary Markham and Peter Prendergast, Kyffin Williams, Jonah Jones, Martin Tinney and others relating to an appeal for the donation of artworks towards the exhibition 'Art for Mercy' at the Washington Gallery, Penarth, 22-24 November 2002, to raise funds for Tearfund, together with minutes of the organising committee and exhibition and auction catalogue. Also included is a letter (in Welsh), 2008, to the donor from David T. Jones, Jonah Jones's son, relating to the project 'Cofio Jonah Jones'.

Papers of Sir Kyffin Williams, 1716-[2008], including correspondence, 1923-2006; diaries and journals, 1939-2006; catalogues of, and papers regarding, solo and group exhibitions, 1950-2006; drafts of books and articles by Kyffin Williams, [?1965]-[?2004]; works about him, 1953-[2008]; financial papers, 1939-2005; personal papers, 1931-2006; together with papers relating to various family members, 1716-2006, and papers accumulated by the artist, 1796-2007.

Kyffin Williams photographs include personal and professional, family, Welsh views, artworks and views abroad, most notably Patagonia.

The manuscript introduction by Sir Kyffin Williams to the publication Will Roberts RCA : drawings (2001), edited by Paul Joyner, together with typescript essays by the artist's widow and daughter Phyllis and Siân Roberts included in the book, and a list of the artist's exhibitions, 1949-1999, by its editor.

Eleven letters, 1991-2002, from Kyffin Williams, Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, Anglesey, to his friends and near neighbours the broadcaster Ian Skidmore and his wife, the writer Celia Lucas, mainly offering thanks or congratulations, with most containing pen and ink self-portrait cartoons.
The correspondence includes four letters addressed to Celia Lucas (ff. 2-4, 10, the first two in French), three to Ian Skidmore (ff. 1, 9, 11) and two addressed to both (ff. 6, 8); together with a poem concerning the writer and critic A. A. Gill (f. 7) and a limerick addressed to Skidmore (f. 11). The cartoons portray Kyffin in a dunce cap (f. 1), as a Frenchman (f. 2 verso), as a 'naughty little boy' (f. 4 verso), celebrating (f. 5), with an ear trumpet (f. 6 verso), as [?'a fox-hunting man'] (f. 8), dancing with Ian Skidmore (f. 9) and waving a handkerchief (f. 10). There are also cartoons of A. A. Gill being grilled by Old Nick (f. 7) and Ian Skidmore waving a flag (f. 11).
