An order of the Court of Chancery for Lord Folkestone's placing out £28,000 on mortgage upon a real security with the approbation of Mr Spicer, one of the masters of the said court, in trust for Anne des Bouverie, spinster, a lunatic, dated 21 June 1751, and a report of Master Spicer certifying his approbation of a proposal for Lord Folkestone lending £28,000 part of the estate of Anne des Bouverie, spinster, a lunatic, upon a mortgage of the barony of Powis, dated 26 June 1751, both listed as being part of this parcel in 'Powis Castle Estate Register of Muniments of Title'(now DA1)are no longer extant, at least not in the present parcel.
