Mortgage for £260,000 of the chapels and churches of Rotherwick and Weston "and 2005, appropriated and annexed to the parsonage of Odiham, co. Hants, 1836, with assignments of the same endorsed, 1849, 1859 (202/1)" [sic. in the original schedule]; copy of the London Gazette which carries the announcement that Sir Charles Morgan Richardson Morgan has been created a baron, 1859 (202/2) and an inventory of heirlooms at Tredegar Park comprising furniture, china, silverware, pictures, books, coins and medals, 1944 (202/3).

Llys-wen parish hall

Letters, 1910-1911 and 1923, an extract from a conveyance from Lord Tredegar to Rev. W. L. Crichton and others of a piece of land (9p.) for the site of a mission hall, 1911, and Boulton & Paul Ltd of Norwich's catalogues of pre-fabricated churches, mission rooms and schools, 1909-1910. The letters include "Lord Tredegar made it plain that he was going to give the site upon the same trusts as he usually does of the Parish Rooms in Monmouthshire and Glamorganshire [...] you will see that they practically earmark the building for Church of England purposes and no other".

Letters and draft indentures relating to the sale by Mary Gladys Honeyfield of Llys-wen to Lord Tredegar's trustees of a parcel of meadow land (4a.), formerly part of Church House Farm, Llys-wen.

Cwm-twrch Miners' Welfare Institute & Club Room

Draft conveyances by the trustees of Courtenay Charles Evan Morgan, lord Tredegar (d. 1934), to trustees appointed under the Mining Industry Act 1920 of a site in Cwm-twrch for a miners' welfare institute. The papers include a model trust deed and a model conveyance suitable for village clubs and institutes, prepared by the Village Clubs Association.

Breconshire memorandum books

ABO 1/1 is a Breconeshire estate agent's account and memorandum book, 1819-1838. ABO 1/2 is a Brecon estate office memorandum book, 1880-1896. ABO 1/3-4 are memorandum books relating to audits and repairs on the Breconshire estate, 1886-1900 and 1910-11 respectively.

Thomas Morgan v. Borough of Brecon,

Papers relating to an action between Thomas Morgan, corvisor, a freeman of the corvisors' guild of Brecon, and the corporation of the borough of Brecon, relating to a right claimed by the freemen of the borough's trade guilds to become burgesses of the borough and to be enrolled on the electoral roll. The papers include a copy of the 1625 charter of the corvisors' guild, and counsels' opinions, 1772, including reference to a previous attempt in 1723.

Ruperra draft letter books

Ruperra estate letter books, containing drafts of letters from Henry Brown at Tredegar to Charles Morgan, including while Morgan was at London and Ealing. The letters mainly relate to estate administration, with occasional family and social references.
