Vol. (2 copies) containing (1) a Rental of the estate of William Morgan, esq., in cos Mon. and Glam., (2) an abstract of the settlement made in 1723 on the proposed marriage of William Morgan, esq., with Lady Rachel Cavendish, (3) copies of letters sent from James Tuder to Mr Pardoe, 20 & 28 May 1783, concerning a dispute between Charles Morgan and William Jones and Elizabeth, his wife, who was the only surviving child of Sir William Morgan, concerning the customary estate in the Tredegar manors, (4) an abstract of the deeds referred to in James Tuder's letters.

Six visiting books, three dated 1860, 1861 and 1865, and three undated, but contemporary. Each book appears to have been used for only one season, with the dated entries comprising the day of the month (April-June) and the name and address of the visitor.

Vouchers, accounts and sale particulars (three copies) relating to buying out the tenant of the Victoria Inn, Brecon, the demolition of the premises and the sale of a portion of the site with the adjoining shop and dwelling houses as a building site. The site was sold to David Powell of Brecon. Lot 2 on the sale particulars is a building site at Sennybridge close to the railway station.
