Documents relating to Gordon MacDonald's speech to the Labour Party Summer School in Abertillery on 17 February 1951, a speech given at a Labour Party conference in Abertillery and a Public meeting at Monmouth on 19 February 1951 along with travel arrangements. The topic of the 17 February speech was foreign affairs and the notes contain thought on Germany, the Soviet Union, the United Nations, Chinas and a printed copy of a speech given on 11 January 1951 at Chatham House by Kenneth Younger, Minister of State which is marked "Restricted".
