Japanese investments in Wales

The papers include three versions of ‘Media coverage of LG Europe’s biggest inward investment project’, 1996; a copy of 'Japan', published by the Japan and Cultural Centre, London, 10 December 2002, with the heading ‘Bet Davies receives the Japanese Foreign Minister’s Commendation’; and ‘A coup for the Centre and a coup for Wales’ [comments by audiences on performances of Wagner’s Ring Cycle at the Millennium Centre in 2006].

Opening of the National Assembly for Wales

Copies of correspondence received by Bet Davies as Media & Communications Director at The Welsh Development Agency relating to the celebratory lunch organised by the WDA to mark the official opening of the National Assembly of Wales, 26 May 1999, together with programmes of events held at The Wales Millennium Centre, 2005-2012, and other publications relating to its running.
