Among the committees represented are the Unemployment Panel, the Panel on the Depopulation of the Rural Areas, the Marginal Land Panel, the Transport Sub-Committee, the Agricultural Panel, the Industrial Panel, the Small Sea Ports & Harbours Panel, the Rural Development Panel, the Government Administration Panel, the Tourist Panel and the West South Wales Panel.

Papers concerning the work of the Government Administration Panel, including copies of the 'Draft report' of the Panel, a lengthy memorandum on 'The organisation of government departments' and of the 'Third memorandum by the Council on its activities'.

Copies of the petitions submitted in support of campaigns to be chosen as the capital city of Wales from the Corporation of Cardiff, the Corporation of Aberystwyth, the Borough of Caernarfon and the Llandrindod Wells Urban District Council.
