D. H. Pugh marriage settlement

A volume containing a copy of the marriage settlement, 1803, of David Heron Pugh of Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, and Elizabeth Beynon of Carmarthen, spinster (ff. 1-42); accounts of the meetings of the Tenby otter hunt, 1894-1895 (inverted text ff. 108 verso-11); and other miscellaneous late nineteenth-century accounts and memoranda.

Dolwilym estate maps

A volume originally containing fifteen indexed manuscript maps, with acreages, of the Dolwilym estate in the parishes of Llanglydwen, Llandysilo, Llan-gain and Llanboidy, Carmarthenshire, and Narberth, Pembrokeshire, surveyed by Alfred Thomas, 1816-1834. The estate belonged to E. G. Protheroe before it was acquired through marriage by the Beynon family. Three maps of farms in the parishes of Llangoedmor, Cardiganshire, have been cut out (between ff. 30 and 31) and a map and acreages of Glyn-taf farm, Llanboidy, 'surveyed by R. Jones 1795, corrections made up to 1840' have been added (ff. 37-9).

J. T. Beynon diary

Diary of John Thomas Beynon containing brief entries, 1833-1835, relating mainly to hunting, shooting and fishing and also references to fairs, petty and quarter sessions, assizes, and race meetings in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, together with a chronological index (f. 57 recto-verso).

Beynon, J. T. (John Thomas), -1873.

J. T. Beynon sporting journal

Journal [watermark 1833] of John Thomas Beynon containing accounts of the hunting seasons 1832-1838, of fish caught, 1836-1851, and of game killed, 1829-1850 (ff. 2-15 verso, 36-51) and a diary, 1837-1857, similar in contents to MS 21981A (ff. 78-228 verso), all sections indexed chronologically on f. 1; and indexed pedigrees of hounds, horses and cows (ff. 68 verso, inverted text 285 verso, 290 verso-357).

Beynon, J. T. (John Thomas), -1873.

Trewern estate maps

A volume originally containing seventeen numbered manuscript maps, with acreages, of the Trewern estate in the parishes of Llanddewi Felffre and Narberth, Pembrokeshire, Llangynin, Llanboidy and Llanwinio, Carmarthenshire, and Blaen-porth and Llangoedmor, Cardiganshire, by Alfred Thomas, land surveyor, 1826. The original foliation was disturbed, probably during rebacking, so that the index and map and acreages no. 1 are now ff. 36-40, and three maps (nos 9, 10, 12) have been lost. Two other maps, 1880s, of farms in the parish of Llanddewi Felffre have been tipped in (ff. 29, 34) and details of acreages added on the blank leaves of the original volume. Other later additions, 1873-1893, include plans and details of acreages of farms in the parish of Meidrim, Carmarthenshire (ff. 31 verso-3, 42 verso-3).
