1 William Goodgion of Loanvihangell Crewcorney in the dominion of Wales and co. Mon., gent., and Mary, his wife, daughter of Edward (?) Owsley, dec. 2 Robert Palmer of Crewkerne and Thomas Becke of Merriott, both of Somerset, yeomen. Assignment for 80 years or one life, and 21 years after the death of the said Mary Goodgion, of three acres of arable ground in the Westfield of Crewkerne aforesaid. Consideration: £5. Bargain and Sale of a barn, the well garden with five closes called Comes gate, the hasell furlonge, the blake landes, the Bromeworthe hale and the snapefielde and also a piece of land called the Redens with a meadow thereunto adjoining, all in Graffam, two crofts of land called the grene crofte and the watergate crofe in Graffam aforesaid, a parcel of land called the greatt Cutts, and Redd lande in Burton and Loddesworthe, and a yearly rent of 24s. payable out of lands in Loddesworthe and Burton aforesaid called fyslee and shutwoll, all in Sussex. Fragments of household accounts. One item reads 'Chaise to Brombill 15/-' and another, under October 1798, 'Mourning for my Son 67/-.'.

Grant of a m., with the gateroom and garden thereunto adjoining called Drewes in Midhurst aforesaid; and Covenant for the further assurance of the same. Consideration: £60. [Other names mentioned: Ivyes garden, Morriscroftes otherwise Josephes Croftes.]. Lease for 21 years of a m. called Hurlands and the parcels of land hereinafter mentioned: the Barn Field, the Mill Field, the little Mead plott, the Hart Field, the round Field, the Ten Acres, the little Shepherds Field, the Great Shepherds Field, the Seven Acres, the Moor Croft, the East Moor the Mead plott in East Mead, the Eight Acres, the Shuttwool Moor, half the meadow called the Mill Mead, and the ground called the Common Ground in the said p. of Lodsworth, Sussex, timber, quarries royalties of hawking hunting, Fishing and fowling excepted.
