Three registers of determinations of the Tribunal, 1946-1960 (S/rf, S/rl, S/rs), were returned to the Clerk to the Tribunals, 23 Newport Rd, Cardiff, 1 Feb. 1968.

Files of cases under the 1946 Act, Sept. 1946-Dec. 1953; office numbering 1/46-22/46, 23/47-43/47, 44/48-64/48, 65/49-84/49, 85/50-135/50, 137/51-188/51, 190/52-250/52, 251/53-311/53. Between S/Fl/66 and S/Fl/188, the majority of the files, comprising all cases in which the Tribunal reached a determination, were at some stage re-numbered according to their numbers in the register of determinations (see S/rf below). Since this practice was subsequently dropped, was never adopted by the other Tribunals and creates some confusion, the series has been reconstituted according to the original numbering. Missing: S/Fl/92, 115, 129, 130, 132, 136, 150, 151, 158, 159, 160, 164, 189, 234, 248, 271, 275, 280.

No such series is found for the other Tribunals, though similar records occur in cases under this Act where application for security of tenure was made in conjunction with application for rent control.
