He encloses particulars of monies received 'of Arthir from Dear Grandmother' and a release to be signed. He desires the return of the release by 5 Nov. as 'stone and wife' have not had their part. He intends to send it by Robert Eaton. He will endeavour to get the rent of John Jones, and intends to give him the notice. Family news.
