Draft typescript of an apparently unpublished study of certain aspects of the work of D. A. Thomas, Viscount Rhondda, completed by D.E. in January 1921. The work is divided into chapters as follows: (1) His business life, (2) His fight for output regulation, (3) His conflicts with Labour, (4) Industrial unrest and its remedy, and (5) Achievements as industrial organizer.
