The leases relate to the Hafodty mines and levels, Llanaber, and Gwastad Agnes, Barmouth. The correspondence also concerns the proposed sale by the Company of part of Gellfechan, Barmouth, Llam y Lleidr, Llandanwg, and Llechwedd Du Bach, Harlech.

The estate lay within a farm called Dolymynach Ucha, p Trawsfynydd, co Mer.
