Authorization from Christopher Hopkins to Mr Roger Edwards, Tremunfa, Cwmdû, for the payment of £1,000 to his brother, Mr John Hopkins, dated 21 March 1872; receipt from John Hopkins to Roger Edwards for the balance of same; and account of Christopher Hopkins to Roger Edwards concerning the conveyancing and rents of Pentrebach and Cwmbenja farms, [Cwm-du, co. Brec.].

Bargain And Sale With Feoffment of a m. and lands in the above-named parish, called Blaely Cwm to the use of (2) upon trust that he will dispose of the said premises by public auction or private contract, in pursuance of a bond dated 4 May 1794 by which William Prosser, dec., father of (1) became bound to (2) for £70 and consequently to a further sum of £4.
