Group of additional papers, comprising two files of late nineteenth century lists, abstracts and transcripts of deeds and documents relating to Dynevor and the Rice family, 31 Edw. I-1720, two volumes of newspaper cuttings, 1918-1930, mainly relating to Charles A. U. Rhys, MP for Romford, Essex, seven files of letters, scripts and music, c.1946-c.1966, and two files of programmes and architect's drawings re. the Dynevor Centre, c.1966-c.1970.

Lists, abstracts and transcripts of deeds and documents, 31 Edw. I-1720, relating to Dynevor and the Rice family, some of them transcripts of originals then at Dynevor, and some of originals at the [Public] Record Office. Some are labelled as by Rev. J. G. Joyce. Includes letters from Rhys ap Gruffydd to Cardinal Wolsey, 1528-1531.

Architect's drawings,

Volume of plans, sections and perspective sketches for a proposed Dynevor Centre with theatre / film studio and ancillary departments attached to Newton House, prepared by Elidir Davies & Partners, chartered architects. Some of the sketches are signed 'Michael Stringer /67'.

Ltd. The Dynevor Trust had originally aimed to develop Newton House as a post-graduate and production centre for theatre, film and music.
