An ornate jardiniere with two handles and a pastoral pattern. The pattern appears to show an arched stone bridge and trees. In the jardiniere are an arrangement of flowers, most of which seem to be lilac blooms. The corners of the photograph have been cut to give a lozenge shape. There is no evidence that this photograph was ever glued into the album.

Four terracotta pots containing different flowering plants. The corners of the print have been cut to give a lozenge shape. The print has a light, airy feel suggesting it was photographed in a greenhouse or conservatory.

The animal on the left is larger, light coloured and with longer ears. The corners of the print have been crudely rounded. There is no evidence that this photograph was ever glued into the album.

This is a variant of album 3900/22.

[Crocuses]

Five crocus flowering in an earthenware plant pot. The corners of the print have been trimmed to give a slight lozenge shape. It appears that an attempt has been made, probably during developing of the print, to create a vignetting effect. The print is mounted on a pastel green paper.

[Flowers in a cup]

A coffee cup with a floral design containing an arrangement of flowers, possibly blossom of some sort. The individual blooms are dark but with a light centre. The print has clipped corners and is mounted on salmon coloured paper.

An oblong shaped loose print, cut crudely across the top. There are two pinholes in the top of the print, in the centre and in the left hand corner. The photograph is of two hyacinths growing in terracotta pots, along with a smaller plant, probably a primula.

[Six Fritillaries]

Six Snake's Head Fritillaries (Fritillaria meleagris) in a Greek style jug, the handle on the left hand side. The print has been trimmed to an oval shape and mounted on bright green paper. This is similar to photo album 3900, print 21 except that this has six not four blooms. Also the angle of the jug is slightly different showing more of a Pegasus type figure.
