A statement of receipts and disbursements, 1768-81, in connection with the administration of the estate of John Allen of Llanelly, Carmarthenshire, together with particulars of encumbrances on the estate, and of money received by Miss [Elinor] Allen, 1768-76, from her tenants in Whitchurch [in Dewsland], Haverfordwest, Dale, Robeston, Hays Castle, Llanstadwell, etc., in Pembrokeshire. The administration accounts refer to a partnership with Thos. Bowen in a colliery at Llanelly, an annuity bequeathed to the poor of the parish of Llanelly, funeral expenses, the carriage of paintings from Dale to Haverfordwest, and the clearing of pictures sold to Sir Richard Phillipps [sic] [Lord Milford], the receipt of rents and of St. Anne's Lighthouse dues, the sale of household effects, etc.
