The papers also relate to Davies’ resignation of the Labour Party in 2003, and his subsequent involvement in the Forward Wales Party in 2004; his standing in the 2007 Welsh Assembly elections as an Independent candidate; and his joining of Plaid Cymru in 2010. The file also includes a campaign leaflet for Forward Wales for the 2004 European Parliament elections.
