Will of Richard Wynne of Penhesgyn [p. Llansadwrn], co. Ang., esq,

Bequeaths 3s. 4d. towards the repair of the cathedral church of Bangor, co. Caern.; 10s. towards the repair of the church of Llansadwrn, co. Ang.; 5s. each to the churches of p's Penmynydd and Llanfair Pwllgwyngyll; 2s. 6d. each to [the churches of] Llendegfan, Llandysilio, Llanddona, co. Ang., and Llanrug, co. Caern., and six 'fflanen wastecoates' to be bestowed upon the poor old people at Allsaints yearly for sixteen years. Devised m's in p's Llandegfan, Llandysilio, Llansadwrn, Penmynydd, Llanfair Pwllgwyngyll, Llanddona, co. Ang., and p's Llanrug and Bangor, co. Caern., to his wife, Elizabeth Wynne. Devises a capital m. in t. Penhesgyn, p. Llansadwrn, co. Ang., to his second son, Richard Wynne.

Matthews of parts of the estate, including Cymerau Isaf and Caenant Cottage, 1938-1969; and an assent to vesting part of the former estate in Pauline Mary Matthews and Gwynneth Margaret Matthews, 1978.
