His son Owen is to have all his estate on condition he pays £72 but of it and an annuity of £5 to daughter Mary. The latter is to have also the household goods. To his wife he leaves the two best cows, young bay mare, and the rest of the husbandry implement's Owen the son is to divide the sheep equally between himself and Mary and to be sole executor. Seal.
