Included are formal and informal portraits, John Rees in WW1 uniform, wedding groups, childrens studio portraits and a few early C20th cards of British actors, actresses and music hall stars.

Also a series of 35 art drawn cards with verses from the epic Finnish poem Kalevala. One card is postally used. This was sent by John Rees to his sister in 1934 suggesting that the cards in this album were purchased on this visit.
