Prices of copper ore,

A volume, [c. 1800] (watermark 1798, f. 16), containing 'Tables to calculate the prices of a ton of copper ore according to the common and Cornish methods', compiled by John Price, possibly of Cadnant, Menai Bridge, between 1795 and 1797; and including examples (ff. 52 verso-62) of shipments of copper ore from the port of Amlwch, Anglesey, between 1795 and 1798, stipulating the names of vessels and their masters. Items found loose inside the volume, including two letters, 1932 and 1947, to Owain Llewelyn Owain from Sir William Llewelyn Davies, Librarian of the National Library of Wales, have been tipped in on ff. 66-99.

Literary papers, [c. 1877]-[c. 1915] (watermark 1877, f. 68), of Robert Bryan, poet and musician, including over thirty draft poems, many of which were published posthumously in Tua'r wawr (Lerpwl, 1921); and several prose pieces, including a tribute, [c. 1884], to Thomas Carlyle (ff. 87-96). Many items were written on the dorse of printed advertisements and other material pertaining to the firm of 'Bryan Brothers, General Drapers, Carnarvon', owned by Robert Bryan's brothers, Edward and Joseph, in the 1880s.
