Photocopy of a typescript index, 1977, to Dock Leaves, with introductory remarks; a letter, 1978, addressed to Roland Mathias from Annette Thomas, who compiled the index, and a copy of his reply. Also included is a copy of the first newsletter of the Welsh Society of the Southern Tier, 1978.

Hay-on-Wye masterclass,

Correspondence, 1998, including letters from Gillian Clarke, relating to the poetry masterclass for young people she taught at the Hay Festival. In addition, the file includes poems by those who attended the course, and a typescript anthology of their work entitled 'Five poets in Hay'.

Glyn Dŵr,

Manuscript and typescript drafts, 1999, of poems about Owain Glyn Dŵr to accompany paintings by Margaret Jones, copies of which are included in a notebook alongside the poems. In addition, the file contains related correspondence, 1999, between Gillian Clarke and the National Library of Wales who commissioned the pictures and poems for an exhibition to mark the 600th anniversary of the Glyn Dŵr rising in 2000. The poems were published in the book Owain Glyn Dŵr 1400-2000 (Aberystwyth, 2000) to accompany the exhibition.

Frances Horovitz Memorial Trust,

Papers, 1983-1998, mostly correspondence and financial records, relating to the Frances Horovitz Memorial Trust, including papers relating to the Frances Horovitz Benefit Reading, 1983, organised by Gillian Clarke, contributions to the fund, letters regarding its administration and the eventual transfer of the Fund from the Trustees to The Arvon Foundation, where it was used towards bursaries for poets attending courses at Arvon Centres and Tŷ Newydd. The Frances Horovitz Benefit Fund was established to support Frances Horovitz and her family following her illness and subsequent death. Gillian Clarke was among the Trustees of the Frances Horovitz Memorial Trust.

The file also contains two notebooks, 1995-1998, namely manuscript drafts of poems for Five fields and those produced during workshops, and includes a list of poems selected for Collected poems.
