Richard Morris Lewis's notes and translations of Homer's Iliad and Gray's Elegy, together with notes by Daniel Lleufer Thomas on these works. There are also printed copies of the first and twelfth books of the Iliad, translated from the Greek by Richard Morris Lewis and an issue of Yr Efrydydd, August 1933, which contains the first publication of Richard Morris Lewis's translation of Gray's Elegy and a note to the editor from Daniel Lleufer Thomas.

Papers, correspondence and notes, c. 1898-9, concerning prominent Carmarthenshire families, including a letter from Lady Elizabeth Hills-Johnes of Dolaucothy, 1898, enclosing a reprint from the Welshman of an article about her father, Sir John Johnes, and an account of the military career of her husband, Sir James Hills-Johnes. There are also letters, 1898-9, from Alan Stepney-Gulston of Derwydd concerning the Vaughans of Golden Grove, together with a pedigree and various notes by Daniel Lleufer Thomas.

Papers, c. 1919-1926, relating to William Shakespeare, including notes, newspaper cuttings and three typescript copies of a paper entitled 'Welshmen and the First Folio of Shakespeare's Plays', which was given by Daniel Lleufer Thomas at the opening of the Shakespeare Exhibition at Cardiff Central Library in May 1923. There are also letters from Sir John Ballinger and Harry Farr, 1923.
