  1. Thomas Picton, Major General in His Majesty's Army (by Despard Croasdaile of Silver Street, Golden Square, co. Middlesex, esq., his attorney or agent, duly constituted and authorized in the premises hereinafter mentioned);. 2. John Lewis Delaforest, formerly of the Island of Trinidad, America, planter, but now of the city of London (eldest son and heir at law and also a legatee named in the will of John Joseph Brouillet Delaforest, late of the said Island of Trinidad, esq., deceased);. 3. John Francis Delaforest, esq., John Joseph Delaforest, esq., Sophia Theresa Delaforest, spinster, and Jane Josephine Delaforest, spinster, all of Mountpelier, France, (the other children and legatees named in the will of the said John Lewis Delaforest, their attorney, lawfully constituted. Agreement for the conveyance of plantations, buildings, implements, slaves, horses, mules and other effects, and also a messuage and storehouse in the Port of Spain, all in the Island of Trinidad, subject to a mortgage for securing £5,000 by instalments.
