L. E. Snelgrove donated items,

Containing a photograph album dating from 1906 to [c. 1960], a set of 11 line drawings for ‘The introduction of queen bees’, [c. 1938], both donated to the IBRA library by Brighton and Lewes Bee Keeping Association; and the handwritten diary of Irene Snelgrove, the daughter of L. E. Snelgrove, on the setting up of Snelgrove and Smith Publishers, 1980-1982.

Isle of Wight disease and restocking,

A series of seven photographs taken by G. W. Judge mounted on A4 boards in a folder; and a folder containing a bee map of Kent along with newspaper cuttings in relation to a restocking scheme, 1907; restocking schemes for Crayford & District, 1915-1916, and Kent, 1917; and Kent Education Committee restocking scheme leaflets, 1920-1921.

Unpublished papers by Ragnar Frisch, Professor of Economics and Statistics, Oslo, Norway. These include ‘The selection problem in bee breeding’, ‘Basis-line breeding for an optimator’; along with associated articles by M. A. Alber, Sicilia, Italy, Dr Ludwig Armbruster, Lindau, Germany and Dr G. Goetze, Bonn, Germany.
