Mevenyth, and parcel of the possessions of the late abbey of Strata Florida, heretofore held by lease from the Rt Hon. Robert, Earl of Essex, the minerals, game, and right to enclose being reserved for the first party and the second party to pay the yearly rent of £3.6.8 and to grind his corn at the water mill of gr.
