Card., bequeathed to the first party by his father Thomas Lloyd of Cwm Elan, p. Llansanctfred, co. Rad., gent., dec., in lieu of £40 due by bond unto the first party upon the said Thomas Lloyd, until the second party be paid the sum of £40 by David Lloyd, son and heir apparent [sic] of the said Thomas Lloyd.
