A Letter from Blanch Davies, Denbigh to her cousin Mr Robert Gethin, gent., referring to her husband's negligence and poverty and beseeching the addressee to take their house and what they have over and above to his protection. Mention of two bonds which she has delivered to the keeping of her cousin Mathew Wynne until she hears further. Beneath is a note from Mathew Wynne concerning the bonds.

The writer sends herein enclosed a note touching the business the addressee knows of, which is verbatimly written out of the register book of the parish church of Llanvawr. Enclosure wanting.

The writer has left a great deal of money unpaid at Mr Perrie's.

He has been at Ware, but thank God is safely returned home, and expected the addressee could have been here in London before his coming back. Earnestly entreating the addressee to come away with all the speed he possibly can. Damaged.

A Letter from Elis Price, London to his uncle, Mr Robert Gethyn of Kernioge. All his business went very well. He has seen Mr Mauris Gethin and received the £6 according to the addressee's directions. Written on the inside is the following note: 'inclosed a note whereby Mr Elis Price of Plasyollyn borrowed six poundes of Mr Maurice Gethin'.
