The Libel on behalf of Robert Gethyn of Kerniogey in the parish of Spytty in the diocese of St Asaph against Robert Wynn of Voylas in the parish of Spytty, esq., Edward Ellis le Bayley, Owen ap Robert ap Eignion, and John Jeffery, sacristan [sexton] of the parish of Spytty. See also No. 185, dated 10 Oct. 1663.

There is also 'A note of perticulars for my vnckle Maurice Gethin ....' with a receipt from Robt Robert for £4.3.10 by the hands of 'Cosin Jon Fowlke', 7 Sept. [16]65.

Substitution by John Richardson, notary public, one of the proctors general of the Court of Arches, London and proctor of Robert Gethin of the parish of Spytty in the diocese of St Asaph, gent., of Thomas Hughes, gent., and Robert Williams and Robert Roberts, literates, as proctors in his place if need be. Release by Mary Gethin of London, widow, formerly the wife of Andrew Kenrick, late of London, esq., dec., to Richard Kenrick, one of the sons of the said Andrew Kenrick, in respect of sums of £400.3.4 and £80.0.8, being her proportion of a sum of £1,200.10.0 owing to the said Andrew Kenrick by Sir Anthony Percivall, Sir William Brockman, and John Kenrick.
