Ore weighing tickets from the mines of Allt y Crib, Blaen Ceulan, Camdwr Mawr, Cardigan Consols mine, Cwmbrwyno, Cwmerfyn, Cwmsebon, Darren, Eaglebrook, Esgair Hir, Loveden United mine, Ponterwyd and Taliesin, belonging to the Gogerddan estate, mainly within the manor of Genau’r-glyn, Cardiganshire, and at Grogwynion near Llanafan, 1850-1862.

The remainder of the file comprises bills, receipts, accounts and memoranda, 1740-1774; letters to Thomas Pryse, David Morgan of Tal-y-bont, Thomas Lloyd at Gogerddan and John Lewes of Carmarthen, from William Thomas at Tanyrallt, Garreg and Tre’r-ddol, William Rowe of Aberystwyth, Thomas Burton of Brynmoyle, John Lloyd of Rug and John Tilsley of Llandinam, 1741-1781; and loading bills for ore received on board the Eagle, the Rose and Crown of Aberystwyth, the Union, the Einion, shipped to Robert Morris of Swansea, 1751-1757

Ore weighing book showing returns of the mines of Island and Esgair Hir, and ore from Cwmsymlog shipped for Robert Morris of Swansea, 1754-1769. The book also contains numerous childish sketches and writing exercises.
