Material relating to the South African coal industry, and the British and Irish Anti-Apartheid Movements' efforts to raise public awareness about the importance of continuing sanctions against the importation of South African coal. Also contains correspondence relating to South African coal imports at Royal Portbury Docks and the effects on UK collieries. Rugby: 'Stop racist rugby' campaign,

Material relating to a long-running campaign opposing rugby links with South Africa, and tours by South African and Welsh teams at all levels of the game. The Welsh Rugby Union, in particular, was targeted for its association with South African rugby teams. File contains letters, background papers, printed articles, flyers, leaflets and press cuttings.

Collection of New City Songster song books, 1970-1973, and sheet-music and lyrics, mainly of Peggy Seeger and Ewan MacColl songs. Some of these have later alternative and amended lyrics in the hand of Hanef Bhamjee.
