Complete typescript draft of an unpublished novel about a white man who kills one of his Kaffirs and drinks his 'muti', a medicinal charm used by a medicine-man or witch-doctor. He changes colour from white to black and the novel explores the drastic effect this has on his rights and status as a citizen. There are a few MS alterations. Pages i, 1-52.
