[From the Peaceful Years]

A painting of a mountainous landscape. In the distance can be seen a large number of bell tents with the French and British flags flying above them. In the middle distance are more bell tents with the German Swastika and an Italian flag above them. The foreground is dominated by a large Japanese flag flying above more tents.

[Fruit]

A makeshift stall selling various fruits including breadfruits. A shopping basket is propped up on the breadfruits on the right of the picture.

[Fruit sellers]

Two cutouts of the same Jamaican fruitseller mounted on card. One is substantially bigger than the other creating an illusion of perspective.

[Geese]

Contact prints of four 6 x 6 cm negatives, three are of a flock of domestic geese, in one of which they are being fed. The fourth is a landscape.

Gower Coast

A contact print of four images taken on 6 x 6 cm negatives. Two are of farms, one of a black and white timbered house, the other is of Worms Head seen from a distance.

[Grid Lettering]

An alphabet written in lower and upper case letters. A-C in each case are written in a grid suggesting that this was a teaching aid to show how to construct grid lettering.

[Guildfords Notable Buildings]

A series of murals painted on a brick wall depicting, clockwise from top, Guildford Cathedral, Clock Tower, Holy Trinity Church, entrance to Livery Stables at the Angel Hotel, Tunsgate, and the town clock (centre).
