Recites the will of Averina Brunetta Herbert in 1813 who bequeathed £500 to her son George Arthur Herbert, that George Arthur Herbert dec. intestate in 1821 and that letters of administration was granted to his widow Elizabeth Herbert who dec. 1840 and who appointed 1 and Rev. Henry Herbert as her executors, that in 1849 administration of the goods of George Arthur Herbert left unadministered by Elizabeth Herbert was granted to 1 as surviving executor and that 2 is now entitled to the premises devised by Averina Brunetta Herbert and thereby charged with the payment of the legacy.
