Montgomery, spinster, eldest daughter and executrix and residuary legatee named in the will of Simon Griffiths late of Cwmrhaiad in the parish of Machynlleth aforesaid, gent., deceased, and also administratrix of the estate of her late aunt Cathrine Griffiths, deceased, left unadministered by the said Simon Griffiths;. 2. Cardigan, Yscyborrie, Gelligreen otherwise Gelleygreen, and Pantyspyddod otherwise pantyspydded in the parish of Pennal, co. Merioneth, Tyddyn ty yn y Llwyn, Lleyast Crynwydd, Penglan owen, henfelin, and Llettyginger in the parish of Llanygrwyddon, co. Cardigan, and Henryfelin otherwise Hendrefelin in the parish of Rhosdie, and Trevaree otherwise Trefree, Brynmorto, and Clagorrig otherwise Clegrog in the parish of Towyn, co.
