An account-book containing entries for the years 1706-7, 1715, 1738, and 1749-53. Besides details of servants' wages, household expenditure, and rents received, there are one or two medical recipes and also personal memoranda recording the death of the writer's wife on 30 Nov. 1749, and the christening of his grandson Lewis at Pennal on 12 May 1738. The volume also contains a few entries for 1802, 1804, and 1837.
