Bound photocopy, with pencil markings. Commissioned by the Royal National Eisteddfod of Wales, Barry, 1968. First performed, 10 Aug. 1968, by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Charles Groves. An autograph list of subsequent performances and a programme note are included in ink.
