Heard Lloyd George state in the House of Commons the previous day that the Supreme Economic Council intended despatching a mission to Russia to ascertain the economic condition of the country. As the writer is anxious to solve the current economic problem, would like to go on the mission. Would like the recipient to assist him in this aspiration if possible, although he does not seek any official position, simply to gather information and render assistance.
