No. 1 covenant to levy a fine of the following properties - the capital m. called Kylhendre (where Timothy now dwells); Bryn Danyell; six other m's in Dudliston; Y skybor ucha; a tmt at Yfton; amount to some 270 a.; to the uses as to y skybor ucha, with a garden and orchard, and two closes of land in Dudliston, one called Kay Coyd yr hayme near the road from lle yr heane velyn and Pantubursley, the other called Mays yr ughelwyr, of Edward Kynaston and his heirs; as to a m. in Dudliston, a close containing 12 butts of land called Mays Orton alias Mays Overton, a parcel of land containing 4 butts of land in Kay Allice at Dudliston, and other lands there, to the use of Phillip Jenynges and his heirs: as to a m. and a close called Kay Newydd y wghlaw yr ffordd, a toft called Llurick Ieuan, a close called Mays Mawre in Dudliston near Kay Ithynock, and near Kay Meyrick to the use of Edward ap Thomas and his heirs: as to Kyllhendrey and appurtenances, and pieces and closes of land called Kay Kochyn, Kyllhendrey woodd, the wall yoard, Kay Keede, the great Kyllhendrey ffyld, the lesser Kyllhendrey ffyld, Plassey Sable, Erw Veyrick, the hyrdyr, the Werne or Moor, the Chaple ffyld, the mydle chaple Ffyld, to the use of Tymothy Edwardes for life, with remainder to Frauncys Edwardes his son, with remainder to the issue of the said Frauncys by Mary his wife.
