Southampton [recte Northampton], 1722; lease for 21 years ('from the first of may new style next ensuing') by Charles Morrall of Chester, surgeon, to Thomas Jones of Dudleston, yeoman, of a m. and tmt lately occ. by the said Thomas Jones and which is hereby surrendered, and a m. or tmt called Kyah, both t. Dudleston, and several parcels of ground (named) belonging therewith, 1786 (schedule of Kyah and Jones's tenements (76a.) inscribed on the back of the lease); lease for 21 years by the dean and chapter of Bristol to Ellen Sutton of Shrewsbury, widow, of the tithes of h. Hill in p. Bakeley, co. Glos., 1842; lease for 10 years by Robert Morrall, esq., and Rev. Cyrus Morrall to William Davies, John Davies and Edward Davies, all of the Flanog, t. St Martins, p. Original bundle of deeds, comprising a lease and release by Ann Edwards of Cilhendre, co. Shrop., spinster, to George Glover of the city of Chester, apothecary, of her m's and lands in p. St Martins, in trust, 1742; and a lease and release, being the marriage settlement of William Challnor of Iscoed, co. Flint, gent., and Frances Morrall of Cilhendre, spinster, of her m. and lands in p. St Martins in the occ. of Robert Roberts, 1743. Original wrapper inscribed 'Title deeds relating to an estate in the parish of St Martins late in the holding of Jno Roberts'.
