Recites that Josiah Morrall made a Will on 6 June 1745 and devised his lands in Shropshire; that he died shortly after; that he left debts to the tune of over £1,400; that he left several small children; that his heir was an infant; that his widow proved his will and paid some of the debts; that the widow now wishes to sell the properties.
