Testator bequeaths as follows:, to my son, William Herbert, annuity of £40, charged on lands in Becksey, p. Langunford, Shropshire, for his life, with power of distress; but if my son, Richard Herbert, die unmarried and before he is 21 years of age and my said son William inherit my estate, then the annuity of £40 will go to my son, George Herbert;, to my said son, William, £200 when 21 years, but, if William die, then the £200 to go to my daughter, Mary Herbert, when she is 21 years;, to my son, George Herbert, Whitchcott Farm and Sparsfords Mill in p's Shanton Lacy and Didlybury, Shropshire, to hold the unexpired term of the leases thereof which I hold from Henry Herbert, esq., and, if he die, then to my son, Richard;, to my said son, George, £200 when 21;, to my said daughter, Mary, "the sum of five hundred" [£] when 21, and, in the meantime, £20 yearly until she attain that age, this legacy to be charged upon Hendreclare, Brin treharne, and Lletty Thomas in Cadoxton juxta Neath;.
