Mortgage for a further £345 from William Mordant of Scoviston, co. Pemb., esq., and Anne, his wife, and Cole Mordant, their son and heir, upon man. Haylton, Scoviston, Wilkinis Moore, Eggbidge Moore, Copy Bush Upper Fford, Lower Fford, Woodstone, the house by the church of Stainton Sadbury, Walter Stone, Haylston, Hayston Mill, and Scoviston Mill, and all lands of William Mordant in p's Stainton Walwin's Castle, Llanstadwell, and Rosemarket, co. Pemb., to Daniell Evans of Peterwell, co. Card., esq., the executor and sole heir of John Evans of Trewenty, co. Carm., esq., dec., who, with the said Daniell Evans and Benjamin Lewis of Kilgwynne, co. Carm., by an indenture dated 1 Aug. 1690, held a former mortgage of £1,300 upon these lands, with a further sum of £250 raised on 31 March 1691 upon the said lands.
