Bulkeley of Baron Hill deeds,

William Mark Wood was one of the trustees of a term of 1,000 years created by the post-nuptial settlement (dated 15 Jan. 1855) of Sir Richard Bulkeley Williams Bulkeley of Baron Hill, Anglesey, tenth bart, and Maria Frances his wife, to raise £25,000 for the portions of Robert Stanley Williams Bulkeley, Thomas James Williams Bulkeley and Charles Williams Bulkeley, the younger sons of the marriage. The portions were to be raised by charges on properties in the parishes of Llaniestyn, Penmynydd and Llangristiolus, Anglesey, and to be paid on the death of Sir Richard. Wood was released from his trust in 1876 (D 7/4).
