Recites that T.B. and C.W. by judgement of the Court at Westminster recovered against Sir James Pennyman, £800 of debt and 63s. damages; that the Sheriff of Middlesex had returned that Sir James had no goods or chattles in his Bailiwick to pay debt; that Sir James has sufficient goods and lands within Bishopric of Durham to pay debt.

Edgerley, Shropshire, to his second son, Thomas, and his third son, Henry, but if his eldest son, Edward pays Thomas and Henry £300 within twenty years, the properties are to be devised to Edward; a m. in Maesbrooke, which he had purchased from John Davies, to his youngest son, Roger, until his eldest son, Edward, pays his youngest son, Roger, £100, when property is to be devised to Edward; all his goods and chattels, all timber of his land called Kae Howell to his wife, Elizabeth for paying his debts; m. in Maesbrooke to his brother, David Gethin, until his son, Edward, pays D.G., £100, according to the will of his late father, William Gethin; m. and lands in Predbull, p. Llansillin, to his brother, David, for two years immediately after the death of his mother, Jane. No note of probate. Marked on dorse: 'No 15'.
