Lancs, between Thomas Valentine of the said Freetown, mariner, and John Partington of Garratt, Manchester, co. Lancs, dyer and printer, 1794; and other deeds, 1796-1814.

Includes an index of recipients at the front of the volume. (ii) Letters found loose in the volume, 1876-1894, many marked 'copy'. Also letters, 1874 and 1882, relating to the sale of chief rents to the Manchester & County Bank.

Letters to John Dugdale

Letters to John Dugdale

Includes an application by the vicar of Llanwddyn for a donation or subscription towards the cost of a curate to minister to the 'workmen, wives and families, about 3,000 brought together into this parish by the Corporation of Liverpool' to build the Vyrnwy dam and aquaduct.
