Printed agendas of the annual and half yearly meetings of the Gwalia District. The meetings were held at Aberystwyth, Machynlleth and Dolgellau. There are two copies of the agenda for the meeting held on 21 June 1930, one of which has been annotated by the District Secretary.

Printed agendas of half yearly district meetings which were held in January and July, at the town hall in Aberystwyth. The January meeting was always the annual general meeting.

A2/1/2 includes the District Examiner's report on member lodges for 1901-1902, and A2/1/3 includes reports of the Actuaries on the quinquennial valuation of all the lodges within the District.

Adoption of new contribution scales,

A printed resolution adopting new contribution scales. The resolution also contains the names, date and age of entry of members, current age, and amount of contributions due under the current and proposed new scales.

Accumulated papers,

Printed papers acquired by District secretaries or inherited by the District Secretary in 1916. Some were acquired out of performance of duties, others apparently out of curiosity.

Accounts of receipts and expenditure,

These accounts of receipts and expenditure were later replaced by pro forma receipts and expenditure books. LG4/1 are the audited accounts while LG4/2-LG4/3 are notebooks used by the Lodge Secretary to record receipts and expenses.
