Minute books,

Minute books, originally called Resolution books, contain minutes of annual, half yearly and district management committee meetings. The minutes include the names of the officers and delegates of lodges present; resolutions discussed relating to auditors' reports, quinquennial valuations and recommendations of the Board of Directors of the M.U.F.S.; the administration of individual Lodges, including disciplinary proceedings for non-compliance with the Order's Rules; late returns of financial statements and accounts; not forwarding records for examination within the prescribed time; financial problems, including Fund deficiencies and varying of rates and levies of Lodges; accounts of payments authorised by the District to Lodges; authorisation for payments by the District Treasurer; appointment of delegates to the Annual Moveable Conference; and appeals from individual members against decisions made by their Lodges.

Minute books,

Minute books of the independent and state sides of the lodge's business. The series is incomplete lacking 1869, July-Dec.-1884 and 1914-1922, May. Sub series LG2/1 is in English and sub-series LG2/2 is in Welsh.

Medical certificates,

Medical certificates and certificates for voluntary sick insurance issued by the Department of Social Security to Lodge members claiming sickness benefit, together with some covering letters.
