Account books containing details of receipts and expenditure, mainly payments of benefits. LA4/1 and LA4/2 are either draft, or at least informal, accounts in that they have not been examined annually by the District Examiners as the rules of the Order required.

These accounts of receipts and expenditure were later replaced by pro forma receipts and expenditure books. LG4/1 are the audited accounts while LG4/2-LG4/3 are notebooks used by the Lodge Secretary to record receipts and expenses.

Printed papers acquired by District secretaries or inherited by the District Secretary in 1916. Some were acquired out of performance of duties, others apparently out of curiosity.

Printed agendas of the annual and half yearly meetings of the Gwalia District. The meetings were held at Aberystwyth, Machynlleth and Dolgellau. There are two copies of the agenda for the meeting held on 21 June 1930, one of which has been annotated by the District Secretary.

The returns give a summary of auxiliary funds and summaries of receipts and expenditure arranged by Lodges and by type of funds. They also include a summary of funds and liabilities and assets of each Lodge.
Annual Movable Conference, 1914.
The Manchester Unity of Independent Order of Oddfellows's annual conference was ambulatory. In June 1914 it was held at Aberystwyth.
Printed reports of the half yearly meeting held in July 1921 and of the annual meeting held in Jan. 1930. The reports incluce names of officers and delegates, motions discussed and accounts of various Funds. The annual report also includes an account of monies received from the Lodges listed by Funds, and the membership of each Lodge.
